Greenwood, Tulsa, Oklahoma, (aka "Black Wall Street"), home to many prominent black businessmen and location of the 1921 Tulsa race riot, a large-scale, racially motivated conflict in which a group of whites attacked the black community of Tulsa, Oklahoma. It resulted in the Greenwood District, also known as 'the Black Wall Street and the wealthiest black community in the United States, being burned to the ground.

We are honored to have partnered with Mr. Doni Glover of Bmorenews.com and the UPO "Petey Greene" Center to present Black Wall Street "SOUTHEAST". With this FREE event we brought together leaders, business owners and the community to honor business owners who were making a difference. The theme of this event was how to become self employed, how to become a self sufficient community and we discussed how can bridge the gap between the community and the business owners.

We are looking to continue to celebrate the legacy of Black Wall Street while empowering our own community.
